HUBUNGAN ANTARA KESIAPAN GURU DENGAN PERSEPSI GURU DALAM IMPLEMENTASI KURIKULUM MERDEKA SMK NEGERI 1 BATIPUH

Abstract
INDONESIA :Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana kesiapan guru dan persepsi guru, serta bagaimana hubungan antara kesiapan guru dengan persepsi guru dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka SMKN 1 Batipuh. Hal ini dilakukan untuk membuktikan adanya hubungan antara kesiapan guru dengan persepsi guru dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka SMK Negeri 1 Batipuh. Pembahasan penelitian ini menggunakan metode korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, data diperoleh dengan teknik kuisioner. Sampel penelitian guru yang mengajar di SMKN 1 Batipuh. Berdasarkan analisis hasil dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) kesiapan guru smk Negeri 1 Batipuh terkategori baik (2) persepsi guru SMK Negeri 1 Batipuh terkategori baik (3) adanya hubungan antara kesiapan guru dengan persepsi guru dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka SMK Negeri 1 Batipuh.
ENGLISH : This research aims to see how teacher readiness and teacher perception, as well as how the relationship between teacher readiness and teacher perception in the implementation of the independent curriculum of SMKN 1 Batipuh. This is done to prove the relationship between teacher readiness and teacher perception in the implementation of the independent curriculum of SMKN 1 Batipuh. The discussion of this research uses a correlational method with a quantitative approach, data obtained by questionnaire techniques. Research sample of teachers who teach at SMKN 1 Batipuh. Based on the analysis of the results, it can be concluded that (1) the readiness of teachers of SMKN 1 Batipuh is categorized as good (2) the perception of teachers of SMKN 1 Batipuh is categorized as good (3) there is a relationship between teacher readiness and teacher perception in the implementation of the independent curriculum of SMK Negeri 1 Batipuh.
